This is a plain-English placeholder, not a lawyer-reviewed policy. Replace it before you take real customer data.

PromptRank stores your name, email, password hash, brands, prompts, and the answers returned by model APIs. Free checks store the email you type, the brand, the prompts, and the answers.

When you create an account, and when you run the free check, PromptRank adds that email to the ActiveCampaign list named PromptRank Signups (list id 4, or whatever ACTIVECAMPAIGN_LIST_ID is set to). Until you unlock the report, PromptRank may also send three notes: the score, a reminder the next day, and a last note two days later. Unlocking the report stops the reminders and applies the existing ActiveCampaign tag named paid (tag id 1) to that email. Use the unsubscribe link in an ActiveCampaign or report email to leave the list. That does not delete your PromptRank account.

Weekly reports go out through Resend to the address in Settings. Payments are handled by Stripe. PromptRank does not store card numbers. Model calls go through the Vercel AI Gateway to official OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and Perplexity APIs. PromptRank does not scrape consumer chat websites.

If you want the account removed, write to the address you use for reports and say so. Until a deletion tool exists, that email is the request.
